Each area covers one part of what keeps people well at an event, from the menu to the meeting room to the crew backstage. Pick the award that fits your nominee best.
Programs and agendas that protect attendees' safety, mental health and energy from the first session to the last.
Food and drink that keep people sharp all day, including zero-proof programs that make skipping alcohol an easy choice.
Movement built into the program itself, and hotel fitness that serves people who actually train.
The people who connect our industry, and the production teams who look after their own crews.
Meeting spaces and destinations where light, nature and design help people think clearly and recover.
Leaders who move wellness into company strategy, and new ideas and tools that change how events care for people.
The Event Wellness Awards are presented by Olympian Meeting in partnership with #FIT4EVENTS™.
Spas and leisure travel have their wellness awards. These are for meetings and events.
These awards honor the work that makes meetings and events healthier for everyone in the room: attendees, planners and the crews who build the show. We look for practices other organizers can learn from and adopt, whether that is a protected evening on the agenda, a zero-proof bar, a gym worth using or a production schedule that lets people sleep.
Winners are chosen by a panel of judges on innovation, impact and their contribution to wellness in our industry, and are announced each January.
Spas traditionally don’t scale to provide wellness solutions for groups of 200 to 2,000. By prioritizing attendee and overall wellbeing, we’re setting new standards for impactful, meaningful meetings and events.
We give these awards so more events follow the winners’ lead.
Recognize the venues, agencies and production teams that do wellness well, and share their methods so others can copy them.
Make physical, mental and social wellbeing a normal part of event planning, next to budget and logistics.
Reward ideas that work on site, from nutritious menus to movement breaks and mindfulness sessions in the agenda.
Show that putting wellness first pays off in attendee satisfaction, better networking and return on investment.
Honor the people and organizations who put attendee and crew health first, and give others a reason to follow.
Recognize events that leave something good behind in the cities and communities that host them.
Olympian Meeting and Tree-Fan Events Productions LLC with #FIT4EVENTS™ run the awards together, from categories to judging.
